Made for caregivers of persons with Dementia or similar disability, providing the important ability to detect when the person they are caring for (the care receiver) leaves their bed.
Our system is simple and easy to use and contains only three items
- A Customized Mattress pad that is compact, light, all-around inflatable sleeping pad weighing only 43 oz., made out of 150D polyester construction makes this mattress rugged and long lasting. Just place this mattress under your current mattress, let it settle then connect the Sensor to the hose on the mattress. Made in the USA.
- The Bed Sensor: simple and easy to use, just connect the hose from the mattress pad, and remove the battery insulator strip. Unit uses 2 AA batteries preinstalled at the factory. Under normal conditions, the batteries will last for 1-year. Made in the USA.
- A base unit for the caregiver’s station/room: Simple and Easy to use, just connect power, the base will automatically connect to the sensor, and is ready to alert whenever the bed is vacated. When the care receiver is out of bed, the system is designed to allow the caregiver to press the button on top of the unit to over ride the alarm, and still be ready for use as soon as the care receiver is returned to bed with no further action necessary. No more asking yourself did I remember to reset the system? It is automatic; with our system, you get peace of mind. We also offer user customizable selection for the alerts; you can set the switches on the back to change from the default: light on steady with steady buzzer, to light blinks and the buzzer beeps off and on and silent mode: Light ON SOLID but no beep. Warranty
The base and sensor units are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a 1-year period from the original consumer date of purchase. The mattress pad is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a 90 day period from the original consumer date of purchase Manufactured by SR Products Inc.’s in the U.S.A.
